David Hart, Bristol return to New York Men’s Day with five new designers
Created by Erin Hawker, CEO of Agentry PR, NYMD showcases multiple collections from menswear designers at one venue simultaneously, a format that has since been adopted by New York Fashion Week organizers. The event is split into morning and evening sessions, at 10:30am and 4:30pm, to properly showcase designers’ latest collections and accommodate attendees.
Several designers and brands have been a part of NYMD over the years, including Carlos Campos, Lucio Castro, Matiere, Cadet, and Chapter among others, and have had the opportunity to partner with Cadillac, the Refinery Hotel and Liberty Fairs on special collaborations and showcases.
This season, returning brands David Hart, Bristol, Krammer & Stoudt, Wood House, Maiden Noir, Private Policy and R. Swiader are joined by five NYMD first-timers Daniel Hechter Paris, Head of State+, Descendant of Thieves, Heliot Emil and Life in Perfect Disorder.
Daniel Hechter Paris and Head of State+ will be part of the first session with David Hart, Bristol, Krammer & Stoudt, and Wood House, and Descendant of Thieves, Heliot Emil and Life in Perfect Disorder will show in the second session with Maiden Noir, Private Policy and R. Swiader.
Project, Lab Series Skincare, Italian textile manufacturer Albini Group and Japanese underwear brand Body Wild are all sponsoring this season of NYMD. In addition, Project will host a Fashion in the Park presentation during the afternoon session.
